Policy:

As an ongoing security policy, all partner users are required to change their login password every 365 days.

Below is the notice presented to a Partner User upon login:

Juniper Networks Property-unauthorized access is prohibited. Access to the Partner Portal is restricted to active partners. Do not access or attempt to access the Partner Portal if you are not an active partner.

By accessing your company’s account ("Company Account") on the Partner Portal, you represent that you (i) are an authorized user for the Company Account; (ii) are responsible for any password configurations required by your company; (iii) are an active employee/contractor of the company; and (iv) are responsible for any actions you take on the Company Account.

Below is the notice presented to a Partner Account Set Up Administrator upon login:

Juniper Networks Property-unauthorized access is prohibited. Access to the Partner Portal is restricted to active partners. Do not access or attempt to access the Partner Portal if you are not an active partner.

By establishing an account on behalf of your company (“Company Account”), you represent that you (i) are an authorized user for the Company Account you are establishing; (ii) are responsible for any password configurations required by your company; (iii) will only permit authorized users to access the Company Account; and (iv) will delete any user accounts if such user is no longer an active personnel of your company. You agree that Juniper is not responsible for any actions taken by the company’s users.

Q: What is the new policy?

A: All partner users accessing Juniper Network Systems and Tools are required to change their login password every 365 days. This is to ensure user security with Juniper Networks.

Q: Why am I getting an email notification from Juniper Networks to reset my password?

A: Partner users who have not changed their password for more than 12 months will receive an email requesting that they reset the password.

Q: What actions do I take when I get the email notification?

A: Partner users should take immediate action by clicking the link in the email and following the instructions provided. This will ensure continued access to the Partner Portal and other Juniper Networks resources and tools.

Q: How can I change or reset my login password?

A: The Single Sign On (SSO) Login Page has links to change or reset the password. You may also click My Account at the top right hand side of the Partner Center to reset your password. Additionally the email notification sent to the partner user also has a link that the user can click to initiate the action.

Q: Can I change or reset my password anytime?

A: Yes, the user can change the password or reset the password anytime. The new password is then valid for 365 days from the date of change.

Q: What happens to my Juniper Networks Login if I do not change the password within the specified time period?

A: Partner users who do not change their password within the specified time may lose permanent access to Juniper Networks resources.
