This article describes the procedure to reset multiple WLAs simultaneously via the Wireless Controller (WLC) Command Line Interface (CLI).

Solution:

To reset multiple WLAs simultaneously via the WLC CLI:

  1. Open a CLI session on the primary Wireless Controller.
  2. Use the following command:

#reset ap <AP Number>

Note

  1. When the Access Point (AP) numbers are in sequence, to reset all the APs at the same time, use:
    reset ap 9994-9997:

 

 
  1. When the AP numbers are not in sequence, to reset all the APs at the same time, use:
    #reset ap 9995,9997-9998:
