[Sky ATP] Sky ATP AAMW diagnostic script flags device as not supported

Summary:

When the AAMW diagnostic script request services advanced-anti-malware diagnostics srxapi.us-west-2.sky.junipersecurity.net detail is run, an unsupported platform error message, "Error: Platform does not support SkyATP: srx345 Model: srx345" is output.

This article indicates what could be done to resolve the issue.

 

Symptoms:

When the following AAMW diagnostic script is run, an unsupported platform error message is output as shown:

Error: Platform does not support SkyATP: srx345 Model: srx345

 

Cause:

This is a known issue in Junos OS 15.1X49 releases before D120 and has also been seen in Junos OS Release 18.3R1.

 

Solution:

This issue is cosmetic only and does not impact service. It can be ignored or resolved by upgrading to Junos OS Release 15.1X49-D120 or later.
