[JSA Series] How to include column headers when doing an export to csv

Summary:
When using Juniper Secure Analytics (JSA) ver  7.3.1, by default, the column headers are not included in the export to csv report.  This article explains how to include column headers in the csv export.
Symptoms:
When doing an export to csv of events in the log activity tab, the column headers are not displayed in the exported csv. 





Notice in the csv result the column headers are not displayed:
Solution:
In JSA version 7.3 you can change this. 
  1. Go to Admin > System Configuration
  2. Under Data Export Settings > Include Header in CSV Export  change the drop-down from no to yes.
  3.  Save and deploy changes. 
  4. Once the deploy completes go back to the log activity tab.  Select Actions > Export to CSV  > Full Export (All Columns) 
  5. The exported csv will now contain the column headers
