[SRX] When is the system log, 'VRRPD_NEW_BACKUP' expected to be seen?

Summary:

According to the log message information on 'VRRPD_NEW_BACKUP':

The indicated interface became the Virtual Routing Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) backup for the indicated VRRP group. 
The VRRP process (vrrpd) stopped sending VRRP advertisements for the virtual IP address on the interface that corresponds to the group.

However, this log is not seen when VRRP failover triggerred via disconnecting and re-connecting interface cable.‚Äč

Cause:

When VRRP failover triggerred via disconnecting and re-connecting interface cable, the VRRP transition process is:

master -> init -> backup

Then "VRRPD_NEW_BACKUP" will not be seen in this situation.

Solution:

"VRRPD_NEW_BACKUP" log will be seen when the VRRP transition process is:

master -> backup

For example, when master node VRRP priority changed to lower than backup node, then the following log is seen:

vrrpd[1795]: VRRPD_NEW_BACKUP: Interface ge-0/0/1.0 (local address 1.1.1.2) became VRRP backup for group 1
