In this article, users learn to modify the inactivity timeout value for the Juniper Secure Analytics (JSA) WebUI.

Symptoms:

Users are logged out of the JSA WebUI after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Cause:

The default inactivity timeout for the JSA WebUI is 30 minutes.

Solution:

JSA administrators can modify the WebUI inactivity timeout value by navigating to ‚ÄčAdmin > System Settings > Authentication Settings > Inactivity Timeout (in minutes) and entering a value as required.
