The Knowledge Base is a collection of sub-sites.  Here you can find ... 
  • Knowledge Base (KB) articles - discover troubleshooting information for errors, installation issues, performance issues and compatibility problems; get recommendations; and read what to collect when opening a case.

  • Security Advisories (JSA) articles - examine the latest product alerts about security vulnerabilities and security patches

  • Technical Bulletins (TSB) articles - browse the software release notes, End of Life (EOL) / End of Support (EOS) notices, and product alerts and recalls

  • Technotes (TN) articles - read our collection of application notes and white papers developed by the support engineers

  • JunosE Defect (KA) articles - locate troubleshooting information specific to JunosE

Log in to access all the benefits of the Knowledge Base.  If you don't already have an account, click the user icon and then select User Registration; or select Contact Us and our Customer Care group can assist.

Don't forget the Additional Resources link near the bottom of the page.  Here you can find links to the Security Advisories (security alerts and vulnerabilities), Technical Bulletins (product alerts and software release notices), EOL Notices and Bulletins, the JTAC User Guide, and more.

Browse the Knowledge Base - see all articles related to a selected category.  
  • Use the Product finder to change the category.  The Product finder is the same tool found on the Support and Download sites.  (Note, selecting a product will result in displaying the Series/Application level of articles.  Example, selecting MX2008 will result in displaying MX Series articles)
  • Change the site selection to view articles in one of several Knowledge Base sub-sites.
  • Sort by date updated, article ID or view counts; default is descending by date.  Click the column header to reverse the sort.
