This article details how to log in to RingMaster by using Active Directory (AD) credentials.

Solution:

To log in to RingMaster by using AD credentials, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the RingMaster Web GUI. Go to the Access Control tab, click User Access Groups on the left, and click the Add User Access Group button on the right pane. The default Username is admin and the Password is admin.

  1. Create a user and map the user to the newly created group.

  1. Go to Settings under the Access Control tab and click the "Enable login-required" button.

  1. RingMaster will now prompt you to log in. Log in to RingMaster by using the newly created username and password.

  1. After login, click RADIUS Servers under the Access Control tab and select the Enable RADIUS Authentication and Enabled Default User Access Group check boxes. You can select the default user access group for restricted users for Administrative users.

  1. Enter the RADIUS server information in the Primary RADIUS Server section.

  2. Log out from RingMaster by clicking the Logout button at the top right-hand corner.

  3. Now you can use the user credentials that are created in the Windows RADIUS Server (NPS) and log in to the RingMaster GUI.

Note: Make sure you have added the RingMaster server's IP address as the Radius client in your Radius server.
