Index 14 Name: t6e-bcm82381-3/1-PHY6-QuadB [et-3/1/13 lane:0xf]
        PHY ID : 0xbd (MDIO addr 0x1d)
        Chip Rev ID : 0xB0
        Firmware Version : DE2E <-- new firmware
        Firmware Checksum : 600D
Firmware loaded via : SPI ROM
Cause:

This occurs due to new firmware upgrade pushing to the line cards.

Solution:

PTX FPC3 line cards returns these messages when upgrading the BCM firmware into it. In this case, the new firmware is DE2E.

These messages can be ignored since the software retries the upgrade again on failed links and eventually upgrade all the SerDes (Serializer/Deserializer) inside the BCM. Firmware upgrade is a one time event since the new firmware remains even after reboot.

PTX takes 30-45min to upgrade the firmware.
