[SRX] Unable to SSH to the device with root user after upgrading to Junos 18.x or higher

Summary:

SSH access with root user was working before upgrading to Junos 18.x. However, after upgrading to Junos 18.x, I am unable to SSH with root user.

Cause:

The default SSH root login behavior has been changed to disallow by default on Junos 18.x.

Solution:

The following configuration change is required in order for root login to work again:

set system services ssh root-login allow
