Solution:

There is a new periodic hardware monitor feature on MPC7E/8E/9E that is part of an upgrade to Windriver Linux 9. This feature enables the above type of syslog to be logged every 30 minutes.

The syslog message is informational only, and can be ignored safely. No other action would be required.
