The following article explains the next recommended steps for customers with products running End of Support (EOS) software.
Solution:

We are constantly improving our software to bring Juniper customers the best experience possible. As a customer, it is important for you to upgrade to the recommended software release for your device, and to be mindful of the End of Support (EOS) dates for Juniper’s software releases.  When your software has reached EOS, Juniper Networks will no longer support this version by way of feature enhancements and bug fixes; as well as limited technical support and root cause analysis. If your company fails to update the software on your devices to one that is not EOS, your company could be subject to a service contract uplift charge.  If you are unsure of what software you need to upgrade to, based on the features currently deployed in your network, Juniper offers several services to help you choose the right path.
