Accessing Online Help From Your NetScreen Device


Note: This article applies to ScreenOS 5.0 and above.

To access online help from your NetScreen device, perform the following steps:

Step one: Open the WebUI. For an example of how to access the WebUI, consult: KB4060 - Accessing Your NetScreen, SSG, or ISG Firewall Using the WebUI
note: Once the configuration screen has been loaded, and you have accessed Online Help, you will be directed to information about that screen.

From the ScreenOS options menu, click Help, and then click Online Help.

note: There is an alternate way to access online help. From the upper, right hand side of the WebUI, click the ? icon.
