Solution:

To disable HTTP management of a NetScreen device and enable HTTPS, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the WebUI. For more information on accessing the WebUI, go to KB4317 - Accessing Your NetScreen Using the WebUI.
  2. From the NetScreen options menu, click Network, and then click Interfaces.

  3. From the Interfaces (List) screen, locate the interface used for managing the NetScreen device, and click Edit.

  4. From the Edit screen, under Service Options, click to clear Web UI, and then click to select SSL.

  5. Click OK.
