Solution:

ScreenOS 6.2 and above:

  Refer to KB14163 for the new commands to disable traffic forwarded to the Security Module.



ScreenOS 6.1 and below:

To disable traffic forwarded to the Security Module, perform the following steps:

  1. Connect to the firewall device. For more information, go to Accessing the Command Line Interface Using Telnet.

  2. From the command prompt, enter the following command:
  3. debug flow sm-skip
  4. To view the debug details, enter the following command:
  5. T1-> get debug
    flow: sm-skip
note  To re-enable traffic to be forwarded to the Security Module, enter the following command: undebug all
