Article ID: KB5453 KB Last Updated: 21 Mar 2020Version: 4.0
Summary:
How do I force duplex settings on an interface of a ScreenOS device?
Solution:

To force the duplex settings, you need to be on the command line interface (CLI).    Type:

set interface <interface> phy <duplex> <speed> [Enter]

where the duplex can be either half or full speed is either 10mb, 100mb or 1000mb.

This can only be set from the CLI, and there is no setting available from the WebUI.

To see the duplex settings of an interface, run the command:

get interface <interface> [Enter]

Modification History:
2020-03-17: Added 1000mb as the available speed.
