Summary:
Does NetScreen filter inbound dynamic RPC traffic?
Symptoms:
H.323 is the only protocol supported that uses dynamic ports
Solution:

NetScreen does monitor the PortMapper commands, and open gates as appropriate.  The end user does not have any control on this level.  The end user can only enable/disable RPC.  There are no plans to add Application Layer Gateway (ALG) support for every PortMapper command within the near future.
