Telnet to the NetScreen device, capture and send Juniper Technical Support the results of the following commands:

1. get tech-support
2. clear dbuf
3. debug ike detail
4. Attempt to send traffic through the VPN tunnel
5. After sending some traffic, undebug ike detail

2. Select the location of where you want to save the configuration file. The configuration file will have a .SPD extension. Do not Protect the exported file
3. Click Export
4. Obtain Log Viewer Files by right-clicking on the NSR taskbar icon and clicking Log Viewer and then click Save Log
