How Do I Change the IP Address of the NSM Server on the Juniper firewall?

Solution:

To change the NSM server IP address on the device, perform the following steps:

Update the Device server IP address on each device or set the secondary management server IP address to the new IP. Open the WebUI. For an example of how to access the WebUI, consult: KB4060 - Accessing Your NetScreen, SSG, or ISG Firewall Using the WebUI .

From the ScreenOS options menu, click Configuration, select Admin, and then click NSM.

In the Primary IP Address/Name text box, enter the new NSM device server IP address.

Click Apply.

To Change the IP Address of NSM Server from Cli of the firewall type:

set nsm server primary 1.1.1.10
