Solution:

The session ramp-up that is displayed via the output of the get perf session detail is as follows:

  • Last 60 Seconds will display the actual New Sessions Per Second (this value is the session ramp rate per second).

  • Last 60 Minutes will display the cumulative new sessions per minute, (that is it will total the last 60 seconds and place this value under the minute).

  • Last 24 Hours will display the cumulative new sessions per hour, (that is it will total the last 60 minutes, place this value under the hour, and display the total new sessions that were created in one hour. The hours is calculated based on the system start-up time).
