SSG 520/550 - 10/100/1000 ethernet card is not being detected

Summary:
Have a brand new 10/100/1000 ethernet card JXE-1GE-TX-S that isn't recognized by the SSG

Symptoms:
Installed the PIM (Physical Interface Module) card, and the SSG doesn't recognize the card
Solution:
The 10/100/1000 ethernet card should be installed in one of the fast speed slots of the SSG.

    * On the SSG-520,  high speed cards can be installed  in slots 3 or 6.
    * On the SSG-550,  high speed cards can be installed  in slots 2, 3, 5, or 6.


The SSG system will not recognize the card if it is installed in high speed card slots 1 or 4 (upper left or upper right).

Note: A High speed card is the 1 port Gigabit Ethernet card and  4 port 10/100/1000 Fast Ethernet card
