The Knowledge Search Subscription service provides notifications on software and hardware updates, new software releases, security alerts, End-of-Life announcements, Support news and announcements, etc. Customers and partners can log in and change their notification preferences at any time.
This article provides instructions on how to create, renew, and cancel a subscription.
Juniper's Knowledge Base and Problem Report Subscription feature allows you to receive an email summary about new and updated articles for the Juniper sites listed below. Log into either tool and look for the "My Subscriptions" link near your login ID or select the link from below:

Creating and Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be created as Site or Article type.
- A site subscription will include new and updated articles for the products/applications selected. These subscriptions are created and managed from Manage Subscriptions pages: Knowledge Base or Problem Report (PR) Search
- An article subscription will alert you when the specific article is updated. Article subscriptions are created from the article page (i.e. kb.juniper.net/KB9890) and managed either from the article OR Manage Subscriptions pages

- From the Manage Subscription page, select the site and then click Go.
- Select the products/applications
- Click Save
Notes:
- Click 'Select All Groups and Series' to quickly check/uncheck all items
- Click the Technology Group (i.e. Security Products, Router Products) to select all Product Series/Applications listed for that group

- On the article page, select Subscribe. A confirmation message is displayed at the top of the article.

- During the Create or Edit process, you can choose the option to 'Also, apply this subscription pattern to:'. Select the site(s) that should also have the same subscription pattern.

- If you do not have login access and need to be removed from all future emails, click 'Unsubscribe All' located at the bottom of the email. The request will be sent to the Knowledge Base Administration team.

NOTES:
- Review your Subscriptions a couple of times a year to stay current with Juniper's latest innovations.
- Subscriptions to Knowledge Base, Technotes, JunosE Defect, and PR Search will automatically expire after 180 days
- Security Advisory and Technical Bulletin subscriptions never expire.
