Hardware Support Policy for Legacy Cyphort (now JATP) Customers

If you purchased Cyphort-provided Dell server appliances such as R320, R720, R720, etc, Juniper JTAC can provide initial triage to assess whether you are experiencing a hardware issue or not.  If you determine that it is a hardware fault, please contact Dell @ +1 800 945 3355 and open a Service Request with them. Mention the urgency of the situation so they can escalate and take it as top priority. You will be asked to provide the service-tag. This alpha-numeric string is the equivalent of a serial number and can be found on a plastic pull-tab on the face of the machine, and is also located on a label in the back, near the power-supplies, usually marked ST

Your Dell Appliance has hardware support which should be valid for the remainder of your Cyphort license term. If you wish to extend the support contract with Dell, simply use the same information above and they should be able to assist you in getting a hardware support renewal.
