Alert Description:
 This bulletin is to notify Juniper Networks customers that JunOS Service Release 11.4R8-S1, for EX-series Switches, has been released. 
Solution:
 This bulletin is to notify Juniper Networks customers that JunOS Service Release 11.4R8-S1, for EX-series Switches, has been released. This Service Release is based on JunOS 11.4R8.5, and only includes the problem report (PR) fixes listed below.

PR 879798 - Storm control not limiting traffic to the set value when traffic ingresses through uplink ports
  • On EX2200 switches, storm control does not limit traffic to the set value when that traffic enters through uplink ports; the traffic is limited at 10 times the set value.This issue is fixed now in this release. 
If you do not require the fixes mentioned above then it is not advised to upgrade.
