We will be conducting maintenance on our systems to better support you.  During this time, some of our Self-Service systems and tools will be unavailable.  This includes:

  • Software Downloads (on http://www.juniper.net/support)
  • Juniper Secure File Transfer (SFTP) accessed through https://jsft.juniper.net/
  • DI/IDP Signature Downloads
  • SA and UAC Virus Signature list and Patch Management Info Data Downloads

SFTP environment will not be available.  Customers can upload files to the JTAC team via Case Management on www.juniper.net/support or by transferring files over FTP through ftp.juniper.net as documented in KB15585
