This document announces the End of Life (EOL) for the Junos Space Service Now/Service Insight and AI Scripts. The EOL date is effective as of January 31, 2020. From the EOL date onwards Service Now/Service Insight and AI Scripts will not be available for new users or deployments. Existing users of Service Now/Service Insight and AI Scripts can continue to use through to End of Engineering (EOE)/End of Support (EOS).
Juniper is committed to Support Automation and providing its customers the best possible support experience. Juniper is actively developing a new strategic set of Support Automation solutions and tools, as more details are available they will be announced.
Service Now/Service Insight and AI-Scripts currently are in support only mode. No new features will be released. The final major release for Service Now/Service Insight is 18.1. The final major release for AI-Scripts is 7.0. Whilst in support only mode there will be no further maintenance releases for these products.
Service Now/Service Insight 18.1 End of Engineering date is 06/30/2020, and End of Support is 12/30/2020.

The EOL announcement of Service Now/Service Insight does not impact the base Junos Space Platform or other Junos Space apps. The EOL announcement pertains only to the Service Now/Service Insight applications and the associated AI Scripts.
