JUNOS software version 17.2R1-S8.9 has been replaced by 17.2R1-S8.10 on the Juniper's software download site. Customers running Junos software version 17.2R1-S8.9 can continue to deploy the software. However, stating on 2020-03-03, when you download JUNOS SR version 17.2R1-S8, you will be downloading version 17.2R1-S8.10 instead of 17.2R1-S8.9

There is no need to replace 17.2R1-S8.9 with 17.2R1-S8.10. However, 17.2R1-S8.9 is no longer available on Juniper's software download site after 2020-03-03. It has been replaced with 17.2R1-S8.10.
You can run "show version" or "show version detail" on a router to determine if your router is running Junos software version 17.2R1-S8.9. cli> show version detail no-forwarding

Similarly, Junos software version 17.2R1-S8.10 will have 17.2R1-S8.10 in the output of "show version"
