'All Activations accociated to the entitlement have been consumed' error when generating a license key

This docuement contains information on the error 'All Activations associated to the entitlement have been consumed' or 'Authorization Codes already used' when attempting to transact an Activation Code in JAL/LMS.

Sample errors ...

Juniper Agile Licensing (JAL) Portal:

"All activations associated to the entitlement have been consumed.  If you believe this to be incorrect please Contact Customer Care for assistance."

 Licensing Management System (LMS):

"Authorization Codes already used"
These errors are typically displayed when the Activation Code has already consumed all entitlements. The likelyhood is that the license activation keys have already been generated.

To resolve the issue, please first check your Activations to ensure the license keys(s) are not already available to retreive or download.

If you believe you are receiving this message in error. Please open an 'Admin Service Request' with Customer Care.  Provide the following information:

  • Authorization or Activation Code: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx or xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx
  • Hardware Serial Number of product you are trying to activate the license on (as applicable)
